About Ashlynn
My name is Ashlynn Cierra Dodd. I am 25 years old from a little town called Woodland, California. I grew up here all my life and went to college at California State University, Monterey Bay where I lived the next six years. It was on my journey living in Monterey, that I found my love for yoga. I knew from the start that it would be my place of refuge, my safe space. As I practiced more and more, my passion grew and I quickly knew yoga was something I wanted to pursue fully.
I started researching how I can become a teacher, how can I share my passion with others. The first place I found was Mount Madonna Institute in Watsonville, CA, the hills of Santa Cruz. I went to visit the institute and instantly fell in love with the community and the overall energy of the place.
I graduated July 2024 where I obtained my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. It was the most beautiful and profound experience of my life. I am immensely grateful for the staff, my teachers and cohort, as well as the ever-great Baba Hari Dass, for sharing the knowledge of yoga with so much grace and compassion.

Now that I am certified in teaching all level yoga, I want to be a vessel to pass through and share these teachings with my community. I want to share my passion with YOU. I am so excited and grateful to have opportunities to create, share and make connections.
